A while ago, I created an illustration that, in my mind, conveys the importance of releasing tension and anxiety in life, so it doesn't accumulate. I tried to imagine what that release could look like, and this is what came to mind: this small person, releasing anxiety in a form of electricity.

After a few years, I rediscovered this illustration on my iPad and decided to give it a little motion.
